Board

I am fortunate to have learned board governance from peers and directors while serving as a senior executive at Open Text (OTEX) for eleven years. I am grateful for that public board exposure and to those who that helped me. So, it gives me great pleasure to give back some of those lessons learned.

  • I Am Boundless, Inc. 2016 – present.  Advisor to Program Innovation Committee – Currently. Board Chair 2021-2022. Vice Chair and Chair of the Program Innovation Commitee 2019-2020. Board Member 2016-2023. IAB provides services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We’re the largest IDD provider in Ohio and growing.
  • International Soap Box Derby, Inc. Akron Ohio. Board Member 2024 – present.  Soap Box Derby is a competitive family STEM sport open to boys and girls ages 7-21. I raced as a kid. All four of my children raced. My grandson currently races. I was appointed for the combination of derby racing and board experience.
  • Buckeye Technology Vault, Inc. 2016 – present. Board Chair. BTV is an OSIF owned company of The Ohio State University to commercialize digital and physical assets at Ohio State. BTV is operated by the OSU Technology Commercialization Office.
  • Seen Digital Media, Inc. 2010 – 2018. Board Member and investor. Seen is a social intelligence company that engages the top social storytellers to deliver world-class media experiences for brands and agencies. Seen was acquired by ICX Media in June 2018.
  • Sitrion, Inc. 2015- 2018. Board Member. Provides a powerful mobile solution to improve employee communications to reach every employee, including deskless and field-based employees who don’t have convenient access to their corporate email. Sitrion was acquired by Limeade in Oct 2018.
